Happy Valley Races

We went to the horse races tonight. Only one of the bets we placed won us any money, a grand total of $36 (£3.60), but there was such a party atmosphere that no of it mattered. The thunder of hooves, roar of the crowd and beat of the music all made for a fantastic night out. And like you do on a night out we stopped to get waffles, here they put a mixture of butter, sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter on as toppings. Talk about a sugar and adrenaline coma!
