Holyrood Park

Had to drop my daughter off near Holyrood Park so decided to stop off and have a walk. Started near the palace with Calton Hill and "Edinburgh's disgrace" in the background. Climbed some of Arthurs Seat, not to the top, and came out at St Margaret's Loch.

As a child I used to spend time with my brothers minnow fishing at this Loch armed with a net and jam jar. Don't remember what we did we with them after we carefully carried them home! Much later I pushed my daughter round in her parm to feed the ducks.
