A change of place and a change of (borrowed) lens

This afternoon we went to the Seaton Wetlands to try another of my borrowed lenses (Nikon 300mm) but the lack of birds left the memory card a little empty when this Heron saved the day creeping along the edge or the reed beds on the far side of the river so I came back with one for the blip !
