Blooming January

These are flowers on a plant I have in my living room.  It is a cutting from a much larger plant that is in the ladies' toilets at work; it looked so cheerful I decided take take a cutting!  I have no idea what plant it is; perhaps a succulent.  If you have any ideas, please do let me know.
