The Kefir and the Colander

Kefir - cultured milk full of probiotics. The kefir has been drained off and the kefir grains wait here to be put in a jar full of milk. 24-36  hours later the process is repeated but the grains will have grown a little larger. Repeat, occasionally passing on half the grains to someone else...
Another emergency blip but none the worse for that. I rather liked the sound of the title - another title for a book yet to be written.
Tomorrow we head for the mountains and are away until Sunday. We shall see how it is with Internet connections but there's a chance I'll be away from Blip until we get home.  Have a good weekend everyone!
