The yoga of heyam duhkham

II.16 heyam duhkham anāgatam
Avoid future suffering (by removing its cause). 


Yoga is not just twisting into a pretzel. It's a mental and spiritual practice as well. I'm being drawn to this verse in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and included it in a drawing I made yesterday. Does it have anything to do with politics? ¿Quien sabe? On va voir.
