B and I rode our bikes to Inverkeithing this morning via the Dalmeny Estate and the Forth Road Bridge

It was a beautiful ride - I love how it is possible to ride for less than an hour and to feel like you are completely immersed in the countryside and yet you are only a few miles out of the city.
