Indoor Blip: Ostentatious Orchid

More fluorescent in large.

My GP kindly gave me one of her cut orchid stems when I complimented her on their rather funky fluorescence! They are extraordinarily vibrant, and I had fun macro-and-flashing them.
I've uploaded a square cropped alternative as an extra.
I also photographed them face on, with reflected highlights, straight on, very closely, and focussed on the buds leaving the blooms as bokeh.

I met a friend at the Natural Bread Company first thing, and their adorable hedgehog rolls would have been my blip otherwise...
