The GP thought that the virus may already be on the wane. I have read about viruses, that they don't have to stay for long in a women's body because women pass them to their children and then they spread. This is not the case when viruses visit men. Men don't breastfeed and don't cuddle as often with their children as women do. Therefore the virus stays longer in a men's body. Hence the men flu.

Wearing appropriate clothing for outdoor temperatures, I took our table curling set outside. There is still some snow left.
