Inspecting the Craftmanship

Victor got to stroke a real owl today too.

We went to the Wood Fair at Beacon Hill and there was a falconry display, he was very interested and when the bigger kids got to hold the barn owls he wanted to and kept holding his arm out. The man held him really close so Victor was very gentle and stroked his head feathers.
We watched some chainsaw carving competitions and they made miniature chairs, they kid who shouted the loudest got to win one - Guess who now has a new chair in the garden!!

It was a lovely day just the two of us. We then had a walk round the village and found a blackberry bush - Victor ate loads!
