fireworks at the head of the boat parade

we went to the holiday boat parade on the intracoastal tonight- viewed from bleachers set up at the boat ramp. Unfortunately, all my shots of the boats lit up are squiggly lines of colored lights in vague boat-shapes. The tide current under the bridge was very strong, and the boats had to go by much faster than usual to keep from sliding sideways. It was fun to see it again, and we had a great time (nice weather, too- put on a light sweater by the end, but there have been years when we wore winter jackets!)
