I took myself and my wee pal for a big pavement walk tonight while we had a couple of workmen come in to size up and price various jobs in the house. She gets a bit stressed by strangers coming into the house and I was looking for an excuse to go and add to my total steps for the day. I was going to use a daytime Blip I took on a short lunchtime stroll, but tonight this caught my eye and I knew I had to swap.
