Richmond trying to help me today whilst I logged on and dealt with some emails. Another sick day however I went and got some pills.

Back to work tomorrow and then we're off to see Micky Flanagan on Saturday! We're staying at a spa hotel on Saturday night but tim has shit on my plans of getting a couples massage!
