beefy is off ill today so I left him snottering away in bed and went for a run. I did kenyan hills. which are a killer. just means running as fast as possible up a hill repeatedly as kenyan athletes do apparently. I don't like hills, but can't really avoid them round here.

anyway, I came home to watch the end of the tennis (roger through to the final) then do some work.

ceramics at night, tiles coming along nicely so far. I glazed them all white and mixed some coloured glazes for the patterns. I've taken them all home to paint.
