Have been to the gym today after work. Trained chest and biceps. Thought I would go on the stepper to try and burn off a few calories too.
AND I only burnt off 136. HOW???
Thats just not enough.
Was starving when I came in and we are having tea about 8 o clock tonight.
Have ate a bowl of cornflakes and a blue riband (Whoops!) The blue riband has 99 calories in it so really I have burnt off NOWT!! Ah well, gym again on Friday then.
