"Grounded"

After yesterday's photo it was always going to be a hard act to follow with another outstanding photo. All day long it has been raining but stopped briefly and I took that opportunity to go into the garden with my smaller camera. I love the way the dried up leaf is covered and protected by the grass and will be going no where. I have two-toned the photo and have used effect spherize for a more uplifting look. To add texture to the photo I have used sumi-e effect. Have a lovely Bank Holiday Monday. x
