Post SU Ball Cleanse

At 1 am I bought the biggest kebab I've ever had, it was easily enough for 2 to 3 people.
I woke up and was feeling remarkably fresh, and after just a slice of toast, I went for a 2.5hr cycle to Gullane and back. Absolutely stunning ride, no wind, blue skies, but frosty. Stopped for a wee while in Gullane for a refreshment, but not for too long as it was very cold! Recovering for the rest of the day
