End of a miserable day in Jotunheimen

The day had really been rather miserable, rainy, windy and not too tempting to go hiking. We mainly spent the day inside the camper with our friends, drinking tea, talking and reading. We still ventured out for a 2.5 hours walk in the afternoon, coming back in time for more rain. Two more friends joined our little camp later on, and when we went for dinner in their camper the sky was lighted up in a final struggle of the sun to come out.

In the night the temperatures dropped down to -5 degrees Celsius. Our heating refused to work. We survived the night thanks to James & Sabrinas woolen blankets in a not too uncosy state.
