"Happy Burns"

It maddens me that people feel that every annual event needs to be truncated to a single word.  So, "Valentine's Day" is now just "Valentines",; "Guy Fawkes Night" is just "Guy Fawkes";  "Burns Night" is now just "Burns".

Anyway, rant over.  We had a most enjoyable plate of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties and although, after a weekend on Islay, I wasn't too fussed about having a dram, it had to be done.
