Basking In The Chill

The temperature made it up to a whopping 52°/11°, even a bit too chilly for me to be out in shorts.  As I walked up the street, I spotted this couple basking in the sun wearing their summer clothes.  They told me they had just bought their house and plan to stay in Green Valley about 5 months this year.  It didn't surprise me that they were snowbirds, based on their attire.  It also shouldn't have surprised me that they thought it was downright balmy because they were from Vermont - where it barely broke 32°/0°.
