Cornish tea

My names Gina and I think I may be addicted to clotted cream. To be honest I've been relatively good. I'm un decided whether I prefer the Devon or Cornish way when eating.
To those who don't know the difference:
Devon - cream first then jam
Cornish - jam first then cream
