A contemporary Burns supper
I was challenged by QMS (Quality Meat Scotland) to come up with a contemporary Burns supper using Scotch Beef. 'Steak Girl' is never one to shy away from a challenge especially one involving beef - so, one rather tasty piece of sirloin that I stuffed with haggis (pictured being seared before going in the oven) was served with dauphinois neeps & tatties and veg. Very tasty!
In other news, the builders finished today - hurrah!
