Leafy Nose
I took Marley for a walk around Plean Country Park near Stirling tonight. This picture was taken on the bings (reclaimed coal heaps) that now have a birch woodland and a stunning carpet of shrubby lichen and heather. Marley had just taken a mad turn around the place and kindly stopped to pose for a photo with a leaf stuck to his nose.
I used to walk here every night with my late dog Bob when I lived in Plean for 5 years. He was a brown and white collie. I took loads of photos of Bob too, but they're all pre-digital prints. I'll scan and back-blip some of them when I get around to it. I still miss him sometimes, especially when I visit this place.
