A bit of a disaster

I wouldn't have minded the cakes overflowing and looking a bit odd if they tasted nice. But alas, that was not the case :-(

I was trying to make a wheat free, dairy free and egg free cake to bring to a family party and found a recipe on the internet that promised to fit the bill... But all that I ended up bringing was a pack of store baught muffins.

It was a brilliant day at the party and there were lots of goodies for everyone even without my contribution.
