Happy Chinese New Year

It was a dull day in Manchester, but that didn’t seem to deter anyone from standing in the rain to watch the entertainment laid on for the Chinese New Year, or to be photographed with The Latterns of the Terracotta Warriors (which were originally commissioned for the Beijing Olympics).
 
The lighting was pretty poor for photography though, and there was constant drizzle.  On the other hand the noodles I bought at the street food market were delicious and more than made up for the poor weather :-)
