Thinking Cars
I have an important decision to make on the car front very soon, so decided to progress matters a bit today, which took me to the fringes of Warrington town centre.
It's also shutter control homework on the "ayearwithmycamera" course. I never use shutter control, my confidence goes entirely. But after a useful chat at the VW garage I wandered into the town centre and had a go at taking pics of travelling cars using different shutter speeds. On an embarrassing number the car was disappearing stage right - I have some excellent pics of bumpers that I have deleted. Oh well - lots more practice needed. I took other better pics during the day, but as today was meant to be about cars, this seems appropriate (if defective).
I did get totally deflected late morning, when I passed a sign saying "free concert". Unexpectedly I enjoyed brilliant young pianist Matthew Drinkwater playing Mozart, Brahms and Beethoven at Holy Trinity Church.
