Leith Late

Well it's been what we Scots call a 'driech' day. Bucketing of rain and we've not seen the sun all day. Nevertheless, it's Scotland so we are used to it and it certainly does not hold us back from getting out and about. Firstly, we went to a Food and Craft fair at the aptly named Biscuit Factory then went for a walk to the Leith area. Sometimes in this part of town, in the damp evening light, we could be in a German city or in the Netherlands even. You can walk through an area several times and not notice the architecture. I love dark, rainy nights like this and we've never really walked this side of the canal to get a proper look at the buildings at the other side.
