A Single Tree Standing Strong

What you can't see is the foehn wind which has blown the snow off the trees and and rocks, over the cross country ski tracks. Today was the first time I have been out properly for 10 days, so I am a happy, tired little person, even though we only did 6km to Solalex and back.

Many of you asked what I thought of La La Land. I liked it but not in the deep way I have enjoyed other films of love stories. The dancing and music are fantastic though, and there was a very serious point at the end to do with the "what ifs" of any life. Definitely would recommend it to lift one's spirits.
