Pheasant.....

... in the front garden today.     We were without electricity from 10 am until 2.00 pm today while the workmen were cutting branches off the trees which were interfering with the electricity cables on the main road.
Luckily we lit the fire first thing this morning, so it was very warm in the lounge and our little camping stove came in useful at lunchtime.   It was good it wasn't as cold as yesterday.
