Not The Right Ticket

Went to see Trainspotting 2 this afternoon. Twenty years since the first & part way through the film it occurred to me that perhaps I should have reacquainted myself with the original. In fact I'm not convinced that I've seen the original which does cause some issues when trying to make sense of this. I didn't enjoy it and it is probably my fault. Couldn't identify with any of it & whilst I know friends who saw it last night & loved it, I'm going to say give it a miss if drugs, violence & run down estates isn't your thing.
