Winter Garden

It's so miserable and grey throughout January and February, that sometimes I forget about my garden. I still don't really think of it as 'Mine' becasue other people before me had the plans and planted them out. Having said that, we are making our mark, and have planted lots of shrubs and some trees. It is the spring bulbs and flowers that I had no hand in and today I went looking, underneath bushes. Some of these were hidden away, others were in the planters that my lovely gardener, Di did for me just before Christmas.

All of them splashes of colour in the January bleakness.
