028 — Gripping

Today's assignment from the book "Vision 365: Mastering the Everyday Practice of Seeing": photograph texture.

Lots of textures while out on a bike ride over Cannock Chase this morning. Didn't have the main camera with me and I was also reluctant to use the phone, covered as I was in mud from head to toe.

Waiting till I got back I took a photo photos of the bike covered in mud, choosing this photo of the handlebar grips i stead of the particularly muddy parts to illustrate texture. Thanks for looking.
