One of David's birthday pressies from his sister Ele, was a piano light to let him see the music properly.   Due to his being in hospital with Alan over the last few weeks, he hadn't really had the chance to try it out properly, so this evening after tea, he sat his bum at the piano, switched the light on and played.

Like the sound of Alan's laughter, the sound of David playing the piano is what makes our house home to me. 

Tonight I got some Elton, Billy Joel, Simon & Garfunkel and James Tayor.   The light was declared a success :-))
