Birthday Flowers...

Just a tiny glimpse of some of the flowers in the house.   They look so lovely and smell amazing.  A real reminder of spring and summer.

We had out 8th Building Progress meeting today.  I can't believe it.  It seems like hardly any time since the first one way back in June!

Unfortunately our builder couldn't make it due to a sudden illness in the family, so it was just David, the architect the QS and me.   We discussed all we could and all agree that we are close to completion.   All going well that was our last progress meeting and the next one will be a hand over meeting.  

The though of having the house and driveway back to ourselves again makes me giddy with joy.   The team have been amazing and I have not one single complaint about them, but 9 months is more than enough.
