Basic white loaf

Heidi was ill this morning, so no trampolining and Street Dance. After a dog walk with Daddy she looked a lot more sprightly.  My friend Nicki bought me Paul Hollywoods bread book for my birthday as im always saying i cant enter Bake Off as i'm not good enough at bread. 5 minutes before the bakery shut i rushed in and bought some fresh yeast and made the first loaf in the book.  India had Molly to stay over, I got too excited looking through the Bread Book and my wedding present magimix stopped working halfway through mixing the brioche rolls dough.
