I'll take it!

That long breezeway between the two buildings where the trains used to pull in, that could be an outdoor bowling alley in the summer. Flood it in winter and it becomes a skating rink. The roof on top of it would be the vegetable garden patio. The two silos can be retrofitted and windows added to become climbing walls, rented out. The building on the left and the lower section of the building on the right would be the living quarters for at least twelve families, rented or sold. The tallest section on the right would be our penthouse apartment. We'd just have to evict two hundred pigeons and petition to have the tornado siren removed from the tower. And maybe paint out the giant wiener graffiti at the very top.

Where do I sign? I can tile, sheetrock and paint, Mr. M can do plumbing, electric and woodwork, we'd be all set. Shouldn't take more than a few months.
