Only Here for a Day

It has been a rather strange day ..dull and gloomy but warm with around 26c. Like just about every day the wind started to pick up in the afternoon. Earthquake weather some people call it!

We did have a shake this afternoon.. felt like a freight train hitting the wall. It was only a 3.1 and not very far from the city. First I have felt in a while. Hopefully no more for a while.

After yesterdays sorting, today I took it easy as I wasn't feeling 100%. I did manage to take up some drapes by hand as I don't have a sewing machine.

This is another one of my Tigridia Pavonia, Jockey Cap day Lily. So sad they only last a day.
