Injury

Spent the evening in Emergency after Michael managed to tear a calf muscle while fielding at cricket. According to him, all he did was take a step.
He did a good job of it and has been ordered to stay off it and have an ultrasound on Monday to assess how much damage there is.
Candice and I were cheering that we got a few hours of air conditioning at the hospital. It's been a very hot day!
