Ships ahoy!

The parents were in town for the weekend, and after an afternoon of exploring what the State Fair had to offer, we made our way down to the lakefront where we were fortunate enough to find the Dennis Sullivan getting ready to launch. We were hoping to explore the Naval ship that was in port for the weekend, but unfortunately we had gotten there just a tad too late and the tours had ended for the evening. Was a wonderful day though, and finished very much as it had started, with some more yummy foodie (cause we didn't get enough at the Fair apparently). Would HIGHLY recommend the pizza burger at Walter's on North Ave. A very tasty treat!
