Kovalam Sunset

After blipping so many Scottish sunsets, I thought this evening shot from Kerala was worth sharing too.
The line of lights across the middle is the fleet of small fishing boats heading out for overnight fishing. They are small boats with about 4 of a crew, most now have an outboard motor as well as oars, but bearing in mind this is the Arabian sea, they are very small. They come back in with their tiny catch just in time for breakfast and that too provides a series of great photo opportunities for tourists.
If you look carefully, you can just see a sliver of new moon.
I'm on day one of 28 days in India, C has valiantly stayed at home to look after house, cat and fish.
