Dereliction
PICASA LINK HERE
I blipped this house a couple of years ago - there is even more air around now. Opposite was a jeweller who was melting brown sealing wax that had been stuck onto a metal rod. When it was malleable he set about beating it to death in between turns on an anvil with a hammer. Then he shaped it into a cone, pulled the pointed end with a pair of tweezers and proceeded to lay very thin lines of the stuff around on the floor. He said gold jewellery is too soft to withstand pressure so he lines his with the strips of wax. This has taken hours to load - so thanks to everyone for lovely comments again. Am off on the road tomorrow.
