Didn't think I was going to blip anything today!  

Arthritis has reared its ugly head again :(  Its been a year or more since I've had much pain there but today I woke up with it and the weather has been so damp, so I haven't been out anywhere as I want to be well for work tomorrow!  RICE (rest, heat and ice) being applied...

Thank goodness for i-player...I've caught up with Silent Witness and almost finished Endeavour from last week :)  Other than that I've just pottered today...

Call the Midwife tonight and I'm making diet cola chicken (thanks for the recipe dollydoug) :)
