Today definitely called for....

......comfort food. It's rained all day, it's obviously our turn for grim weather. R had done some gigantes beans & he heated them up with aubergine, peppers, chilli, garlic & onions. All stirred together with passata & served with fried hallumi. It was lovely.

I spent the afternoon catching up on some recordings. Very lazy but relaxing.
