Did someone mention carrots?

Meet Rubin. Rubin was worth every carrot he was given after managing some half decent halt to canter serpentines in a school which is almost too small for him (he is not far off 18 hands and quite long as well).

I spoilt myself with two lessons today as I will miss out (for good reasons) next week. In the morning I rode Benson, a young cob with the attention span of a nat. Despite that we did manage some ok shoulder in and some really lovely relaxed trot.

After a carb feast for dinner I am now struggling to keep my eyes open - and we still have apple crumble to go....
