Derelict Sunday: What's that at the back of the fridge?

I knew we should have thrown out those old jars at the back of the fridge some time ago, the chutney  and the super strong lime pickle we bought for that curry party back in 2007 ... it looks as though we are going to need bio hazard suits now.

Needless to say this actually another exercise in water droplet photography.  Having said that, there does seem to be a hand reaching up from the roiling surface of the slimy liquid...
