Immigration

In Oregon immigrants make up nearly 10% of the state's population and own 11% of businesses.  63% of our PhD grads in engineering are immigrants.  Over 10,000 agricultural jobs went unfilled during the last 2 picking seasons because of a shortage of immigrant farm labor.  That's just here in Oregon.  The current administration's war on immigration is both cowardly and simply down right misinformed.  We must do more.
