Bill Mac

Early spring continues in all its glory.

A dear friend passed away early this morning. Bill was 91 and cancer got him in the end. A lovely Scotsman whose experience of the blitz gave me much comfort during the worst of the terror of living with earthquakes.

I enjoyed many drinks and meals with Bill and his wife Mary when visiting Mum and Dad.

Bill was one out of the box and he will be sorely missed.

I'm pretty much sorted for my day in the mountains tomorrow. The hunter is in charge of feeding and watering me tomorrow night :-)
