Hannah and Angus are home!

Well, they are with us in N Ireland for a few days. They've been back to Edinburgh to do exams for the next part of their medical training but will be heading back to Nkhoma in Malawi for a few more months.

Today we hit Chain Reaction cycles and the Ards Man bought an indoor turbo trainer for his bicycle . He hopes to start some gentle exercise until his heart rhythm settles down again.
