..... on a cold and frosty morning

A beautiful morning .... blue skies, sunshine but not really enough warmth to melt the ice on the loch or the frost covering the stones. 

Enjoyed and invigorating circuit before going to visit a friend who is not long home after a lengthy stay in hospital followed by some weeks in a nursing home. Great to see her back among her own 'things'. Time will tell if the move home will be permanent.

Choir practice tonight  .... always hard work but great fun. One of our warming up exercises is always a tongue twister sung each time on a different scale as we rise through the octave.

Glad I managed a walk today ..... rain forecast for tomorrow :-(
