first snowdrops

Saw them yesterday. So tiny, so white, and so lovely. We usually have thousands of them in huge swathes all over the garden - but this little patch always flowers first. I planted a packet of 12 about 5 years ago and there's now between 50 and 60. They always look so delicate but I know they're very tough.
